Cottages change and obviously cars do as well! This shot was taken during a bank appraisal, and the appraiser put the valuation at the top at $6,600.

The cottage was totally redone but much of the original neighborhood remains including the Billoview on the next corner, the cute bungalow on Champion and a bit of the Judith (a back cottage on Vesper Street).
