#3 and #5 Shipwreck 1978
Then....
The cottages at #3 and #5 Shipwreck are pictured here after the blizzard of 1978 which both survived.
Here are the same cottages in a 2011 picture. #5 Shipwreck as obviously been rebuilt.
Now.....

#3 Shipwreck on the left was totally rebuilt in 2014 whereas #5 Shipwreck to its right was rebuilt earlier (but much later than 1930 as claimed in the assessor's files).
